plateau be gone

So excited!!

After a very difficult month - where'd June go anyway?!  I've finally broken through to a new level!!

new hair for the new me

 It's been a few years
since my hair was short.
 I chopped off about 7" yesterday,
to match my overall inches lost.
Might as well celebrate
less of me
with less hair too!


Maintaining goal weight.
Going on vacation soon
for ten whole days.

Going to try hard to stay active,
yet still enjoy some R&R,
and a cold beverage or three.
